The weight that I have built was to use to help your biceps that are your upper body. They are made out of materials that you can find at home and they are sand, water bottle and tape. You can use these for other part of your body than the biceps. They can help you improve in push-ups and lifting things that you could not have done before. The first step that I did was to get an empty water bottle and cleaned it. The reason that you have to clean it so that the material look that you are putting will not be sticky. Also that you can put more of the material that is gping inside the water bottle. The second step was to get a good amount of placed the sand inside until it reached the top. The sand are good materials to have in the bottle because they dont smell and they are easy to put inside of the bottle. Then last step is to put the cap back on and placed tape around it. It is important that you put tape after putting the cap on because it can come loose a will spill. And then, you have to do it again so the tape is helpful for this body weights. And you are finish. I weight my body waits and they are 2.7 pound so they are very heavy to cary for your bisceps but you can build more so that it can be more heavy and make another weight but use the same things in a different way. To conclusion that is my project.
